How billing works
Straight answers, the same ones in our Terms of Service.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month, and there is no minimum stay. Cancel any time and keep service to the end of your paid month. You cancel yourself from the Billing page of your dashboard, and you won't be charged again.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Pay for 10 months and get 12: that's 2 months on us. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of paying. After that, the plan runs to the end of your year, and if you cancel it simply won't renew. We email you 30 days before it renews.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, if you signed up at full price. Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. The guarantee doesn't apply to a subscription that used a promo code or discount.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
An upgrade starts right away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of your billing month, shown to you before you confirm. A smaller plan starts at your next bill, and you keep everything on your current plan until then. You can change plans yourself from the Billing page.
What if I go over my allowance?
You're never billed per call or per message. Every plan includes a free 10% bonus buffer, and we send you check-ins as you get close. At 110%, only that one resource pauses until your next billing date: calls forward straight to your own phone the way they did before us, and the website chat asks visitors to call you. Everything else keeps running. Or upgrade to get more right away.
What if my card is declined?
We retry your card and email you over about two weeks. If the bill is still unpaid after that, service pauses until it's paid, then switches back on automatically.
Can prices change?
Only with 30 days' email notice. If you don't want the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Allowances and the bonus-buffer policy are part of your subscription and are published in Section 3.5 of the Terms of Service. The numbers above are pulled live from the system that enforces them, so this page, your dashboard and the Terms always match.
